The world that opens from here

This guide took you to the doorway of a world where AI operates the computer itself. To finish, here is a map of what lies beyond.

You do not need to reach for any of it now. Knowing the roads exist is enough.

1. Building tools with AI (so-called "vibe coding"). Rather than writing code yourself, you instruct in natural language and have the AI build a small app or work tool. A calculator for assessment scores, an app that assembles home exercise programmes — tools that fit your own work, built by you.

2. Websites and landing pages. Build a web page with AI for self-funded rehabilitation, freelance work or running a community. The base for publishing and for reaching people.

3. Building and automating work systems. Booking, automatic aggregation of intake forms, automatically generated periodic reports — designing and automating a whole workflow with AI.

All of it extends from the foundation

These may look like an entirely new world. But the entrance to each sits on the extension of what you have just built:

• the ability to handle files
• the ability to organise information
• the ability to structure in Markdown
• the ability to judge what to entrust to AI and what to check yourself

With that foundation, the climb from here is natural. Without it, jumping into the advanced ground means stumbling somewhere, without fail.

The long way round is the short way. Only the person with solid ground goes far.
